I was here today to renew my son's passport. Ealham, (Customer service support] was extremely helpful and patient in assisting in the check and send application. Very satisfied with his help today. I highly recommend residents in the Wandsworth area to access this quality service.

I had a few hours spare so decided to come here and join the queue. Luckily it filled all of my time and when I got to the front, I was able to join a second queue for another long period while somebody finished lunch. Highly recommend if you don’t have plans and need something to kill some time

Amazing service from Ealham at the Post Office! I was struggling with a complex situation where I couldn’t renew my UK driving licence using the D1 form, and the gov.uk system wasn’t recognising my biometric passport correctly. Ealham went above and beyond to help — he found an entirely new way to process my renewal and saved me a huge amount of stress. Truly outstanding professionalism and by far the best customer service I’ve experienced in the last 15 years.
