My family and I have been patients here for the last 15 years. The receptionists are efficient and friendly. The doctors and nurses are all brilliant, we have never had a bad experience and feel our health is very well looked after. I was a patient here for both my pregnancies and my children have received excellent care from birth until now, with some drs really going above and beyond to research the best approach for their treatment. We have now moved out of the area and really should look for a GP surgery closer to home, but the idea of being a patient anywhere else makes me nervous so I’m putting it off for as long as I can!

I had a very lovely experience with Nergis Ismail (the physiotherapist). She was very knowledgeable, kind and polite. She explained my problems and concerns very clearly and provided multiple advices and solutions. I was treated with respect and had enough time to ask questions. The centre was very clean.

I have only been with this surgery for about 18 months and find it to be so good. They are efficient and always contact you so quickly. All the staff and GP’s I have seen have been so kind and understanding. In particular Dr Bilalian. I always ask to see her now as she never makes me feel rushed and is very easy to talk to.

I’ve been with WMC for over 10 years and have received an excellent service throughout that time. They’ve helped me with a range of different things during this time and I want to thank them for all their help. I also find their methods to contact them for advice and appointments through their website very simple, effective and efficient. Thank you WMC.

When I use the online form to request an appointment, it’s processed quickly and efficiently. The the doctors are amazing — they genuinely care, listen attentively, and make sure nothing is left unclear. I’m really grateful for the support I receive from them. Out of all the places I’ve been, this GP has provided the best care and support.
