Watched a film here with the 4dx immersive experience. The seat movement and wind effects are overexagerated during the tech demo ad at the beginning, but in the film they were sporadic and disjointed. The projector had nasty burn in, and the sound was ear splittingl loud. The seats were dirty. Not worth the premium price, not worth a regular price even for a good film.

Truthfully this is a lovely cinema. The staff are friendly, food is fresh and the cinema and toilets are clean. Had to take off a star for this particular experience as I booked 4DX and the water feature was broken but they didn't inform us beforehand. 4.5/5

Went to see a movie in 4DX, the seats move like a rollercoaster simulator, there is wind, water, flashing lights and other immersive things happening. If you're going to see a flying or sea based movie, dress for cold weather. It is always a thrilling ride and very good for if you tend to fall asleep during movies as you will . The cinema is always pleasant and food and drinks cost a pretty penny as per usual.

Great that they show LOTR there still as a classic film and for only £5.99 a ticket. Staff all really friendly, seats very comfy and a good range of snacks / drinks - very enjoyable. Feels like a cinema that isn’t on the edge and functions like they really care about what they’re delivering to customers, which can’t be said for that many things these days.

I have been visiting this cinema and have been an Unlimited cardholder since it first opened. It is my "go to" cinema and I go a couple of times a week. Until recently, I have always enjoyed visiting. But clearly the cinema has infestation issues. I have both seen and heard rodents around me a number of times in different screens. And in the last week, twice in 3 days I left different screens with bites all over my ankles. A week later they are still itching like crazy. Very unpleasant. Yesterday, I sprayed all around my seat with insect repellant in an attempt to avoid yet more bites. The screens need a deep clean.
