Doors never open at 7am .... Waited from 7 until almost half 7 and still not open??? Ridiculous, why have open hours if you're not open during these hours.

staff are never at the till when you pay and if you’re buying a product that’s 18+ (like an energy drink!) you have to wait a few minutes and go out of your way to call someone to come and assist you, even though they’re aware you’re at the machine. some of the staff also aren’t friendly.

I went in in 22.10.25 to buy a sandwich as I was selecting what to buy I was approached by a staff member with a blue cast on gis hand and asked to leave the store as ibhave been spotted stealing a sandwich a day before... im not even from london and was there only on 22.10.25 as I tried to explain thatbit was not me and I'll be happy for them to call police and review CCTV footage to confirm it was not me i was asked to leave the store as this will not happen...what a horrible bunch of people work there it was my first time in London to sort out visa paperwork and this how i was treated?? I have logged official complaint and contacted my solicitor as we'll be fighting this as a defamation.. very poor customer service left me completely shook..
