Strongly suggest Don’t go here …..just waste of money ,arrogant dental nurse and reception staff. My experience at this clinic was extremely disappointing and horrible . The dentist herself was not confident about removing my tooth. She kept saying “I will try, but I don’t think I can remove it,” which made me very uncomfortable. When I asked what would happen if she stopped midway because of pain, she simply said she didn’t know. Then I asked for 2–3 minutes to think, and shortly after said she didn’t have time and cancelled my appointment—despite the fact that I had already paid the fees. The receptionist team was no better. Both of them were busy talking with each other, behaving arrogantly and showing no professionalism or courtesy toward patients. Overall, this clinic is a complete waste of money and time. I usually don’t write negative reviews, but this experience was so unprofessional that I felt I had to warn others. I strongly suggest avoiding this clinic.

I had a really positive experience with the Newham 111 dental service and Dr Chiddy. I was seen quickly and treated with so much care and professionalism. Dr Chiddy was kind, patient, and very understanding. She took the time to listen, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout. The service was efficient and well organised, and everyone I spoke to was friendly and helpful. I am so grateful for the care I received and for how smoothly everything went. Thank you to Dr Chiddy and the Newham 111 team for making what could have been a stressful experience so easy and reassuring.

I was sent here by nhs 111 on the Sunday after Christmas as a dental emergency and was very nervous after reading the reviews. However, I needn’t have been, the receptionist was very helpful and the dentist was amazing. He noticed I was nervous and eased me through the treatment. He took his time, gave me an x ray, carried out the work I needed to free me from pain and explained what future work I needed doing to pass onto my own dentist. I was really impressed.
