I accompanied my 19-year-old child to this clinic for a blood test and I was very impressed by how professional and patient the staff were. They were incredibly understanding of my child's needle phobia, helping with breathing techniques, providing water, and making sure my child was comfortable throughout the process. Their kindness and attention truly made all the difference. I'm very thankful and grateful!

I went yesterday for a gynaecological appointment and a TA scan with Dr Tatjana Perepelica and I was very pleased with her professionalism. She took time to interpret the results of the scan in a very kind manner and gave me some advice for the menopause. The place itself was spotless and very clean!

My experience with this clinic was extremely disappointing and, unfortunately, the worst experience I have ever had with a gynecologist. During the appointment, the doctor spent a significant amount of time discussing personal and irrelevant topics instead of focusing on my medical concerns. The consultation felt unprofessional and unfocused, with little attention given to my actual symptoms.Felt like Soviet Union times. Before any test results were available, the doctor diagnosed me with a completely different infection and prescribed a cream and probiotics based on that initial diagnosis. When the test results later arrived, it became clear that this infection was not present at all. Instead, the tests showed a different infection, which explains the symptoms I am experiencing. Despite this, the doctor advised me to continue the originally prescribed treatment anyway, even though the condition he initially diagnosed was never confirmed and I do not have it. This was confusing and concerning. When I received the test results, I was simply sent the report without any proper explanation. There was no clear information about where the infection might have come from, how serious it was, or what the correct treatment plan should be. Additionally, the doctor advised my partner to undergo STI testing, despite the fact that I do not have any sexually transmitted infection. No clear medical explanation was provided for why this would be necessary. Overall, I felt dismissed, confused, and unsupported. A patient should not be treated based on unconfirmed diagnoses, advised to continue inappropriate treatment, or left without clear explanations after abnormal test results. For these reasons, I do not recommend this clinic based on the doctor’s care. That said, I would like to note that all other staff members were polite, friendly, and professional, and I have no complaints about them.
