I’ve been coming to Manor Park Dental Practice for years, and the care has always been excellent—but my recent experience with Dr Sneha really stood out. I needed urgent help with my dentures, and she was calm, professional, and reassuring from the moment I walked in. She explained everything clearly, ensured I was comfortable, and carried out both the extraction and impressions with skill and care. The whole appointment felt efficient yet unhurried. The reception team were also brilliant—friendly, organised, and helpful with booking and paperwork. Everything ran smoothly from start to finish. Dr Sneha only sees patients on Mondays and Tuesdays, but I was still able to get an appointment within a week.

Excellent service from the hygienist. Very professional, gentle, and made me feel comfortable during the whole appointment. The clinic is clean and the staff are very friendly. Highly recommend!

AVOID! If I could put no stars I would. My children had appointments at 16:15 and 16:20. I arrived at around 16:12 and told the receptionist that we were here and they took my children's names. She told me to wait in the waiting area with my children and that she would call me. After waiting for around 20mins I approached the receptionist and asked what time we would be called as it has been a while. She then made me sign the documents for my children and said the dentist was running late and to speak to her instead of the reception staff. To which my exact thoughts were how rude and dismissive as you are the front of house. We then preceeded to wait and were called at 16:55 to see the dentist, 40mins of waiting with a 7yr old and 4yr old, for the dentist to spend 2 mins looking at their teeth. When we went in I voiced my opinion and frustration to the dentist who went on to tell me she will not see my children if I continue to talk to her in a "rude" manner. Not being funny we waited a awful long time to be seen. She says I should now cancel then if I am not happy! During this time she then proceeded to tell me the receptionist hadn't checked my children in until 16:40! I am sure you understand why I was unhappy and frustrated! We are now looking at changing to another dentist!
