I came in today and I honestly feel like the happiest person on earth! I had two dentures fitted on my top teeth and a full professional clean, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. The reception staff were so helpful and welcoming. I’ve never had any issues booking appointments — they always call back promptly and take great care of me and my son and daughter’s dental needs as well. Such a lovely, supportive team. I highly recommend them!

I visited this dental clinic for a tooth extraction and a filling, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the results. The experience was smooth, comfortable, and far better than I expected. The staff were kind and professional, and the quality of work was excellent. Highly recommended!

The registration process as an NHS patient was very quick- remember not every dental prcatice is taking on new NHS patients! I was given an appointment quickly and was provided with gentle and effective care and advice by the dentist who was very reassurring. I'm very happy with the care I recieved and I scheduled my follow-up appointment straight away.

Very disappointing and unprofessional experience. I have a partially erupted lower wisdom tooth that clearly needs extracting, yet Mr Mody refused to refer me to hospital, stating it was “too much paperwork.” This is unacceptable — arranging appropriate referrals is part of his role. He had previously referred me for surgery, but because he failed to specify that both lower wisdom teeth needed removal, the surgeon was unable to extract the left one, despite agreeing it needs to come out. This caused unnecessary delays and ongoing discomfort that could have been avoided with a proper referral. Instead of taking responsibility, he repeatedly tells me to “see” a distant relative who works in maxillofacial surgery, which is neither realistic nor appropriate. At the same time, he is persistent about removing my upper wisdom teeth — a procedure he can do in the chair — despite them causing me no problems and there being no clinical need. This gives the impression that unnecessary treatment is being pushed while genuinely required treatment is avoided. Booking appointments is also extremely difficult. He only seems to offer last-minute slots, often the same day or early the next morning, with no consideration that patients have jobs and cannot drop everything at a moment’s notice. Overall, dismissive attitude, poor accountability, and not the level of care I expect from a healthcare professional.
