Mr Patel has been our family’s dentist for over 10 years. He provides a fantastic service. He has gentle hands which means you never leave the dentist chair with greater sensitivity than before the appointment. Mr Patel is informative and takes time to properly check the health of your teeth and suggest appropriate cost effective treatment It also helps that the surgery is so conveniently located in the shopping centre, is bright and modern and the support staff are friendly.

I had an Oral Hygiene appointment with Dr Niveditha John- she was absolutely fantastic with giving advice on Oral hygiene and recommending daily practices to improve on my oral health. She gave me a much needed deep clean as I had not seen a dentist for some time! She recommended a polish too due to some recent staining on my teeth. I would definitely recommend the practice and especially the work on NJ and her team.

I went to White Star for my 6 monthly check up. As always..Excellent service. Reception staff : friendly and efficient. Dental staff : Explained everything clearly, referring to my previous visits and what/ why they planned to do ie.x rays, cleaning. Shared images and next steps. They did not push for any additional treatments. I can recommend them unreservedly.

Caring, Professional & Trustworthy Dental Team My experience at White Star Dental Care has been wonderful. The team are caring, gentle, and always take time to explain everything clearly. I recently received my dental cast and night guard, which were perfectly made to help with my teeth grinding and they’ve already made a big difference! I’m very grateful for their professionalism and kindness. Highly recommended.

I had only very brief interactions with the staff, but they were friendly and professional—no issues at all. The only downside was the wait time, (which was about 25 min) from my original appointment time which felt a bit long. That said, the dentist was rather considerate and kindly provided a quick cleaning service.
