Dentists Dr Bhumika and Aisu are kind and caring, I was anxious about sedation (first time) and the tooth extraction in general, but thanks to them and Dr Sunmi I felt calm and well looked after. Thank you so much, keep up the god work!

Thank you so much for sending me my x-rays recently. I needed them urgently and I am aware that the request is not a part of what I paid for. The fact that you happily provided them shows that you go above and beyond to make customers happy. Every time I visit for my appointments, I am treated with professionalism and care. Thank you again for your help.

I recently visited the practice for a wisdom tooth extraction and filling, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience! This isn't my first time seeing Dr. Amlani and each visit reaffirms my confidence in her skills. She is incredibly diligent and attentive, ensuring that I felt comfortable and informed throughout the entire process. The extraction went smoothly and her caring approach made all the difference. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and compassionate dentist. Thank you, Dr. Amlani, for taking such great care of me!

My experience with Dr Bhumika Amlani has put me off private dentistry. She does not see herself as a healthcare professional. More of a businesswoman. I spent over £10k and went back 4 times for very minor post procedure issues. She used that very reason not to treat me or my family. My advice to all is to avoid single dentist practices as much as possible. They do what they wish, without any concern for the patient. Edited- I had no response from Dr Amlani, either to my formal complaint to her or to this review. I let it pass because she had no valid reason for her cow boy, unprofessional behaviour. However, yesterday, 6 months after I posted the above review, Dr Amlani has posted a response here implying that I have , in some way threatened her one staff and / or her. This a completely slanderous accusation. A fabrication as she has NO valid defense for her unprofessional behaviour. I have sent her an email asking her to provide evidence of the same. She knows EXACTLY what she has done. Instead of fabricating lies, perhaps she should consider going back to Dental school to learn how to treat her unfortunate patients.

My husband has been your patient until recently and this review is about his negative experience at your dental practice. You know about our complaint very well as you called us multiple times trying to amend this negative review! The truth is: 1. You have incorrectly fitted the crown and refused to correct it when my husband complained 2. You have incorrectly treated the root canal under this tooth which provoked inflammation 3. When the tooth became inflamed and the gum got swollen, we turned to you for emergency help. You told that x-ray is showing a vertical fraction in the root under the crown and the tooth removal is needed! with a denture required! 4. You told all the teeth are showing cracks and my husband should stop grinding his teeth! 5. After that, you refused to provide x-rays. We wrote about it in our neg review as only this helped us to get the x-rays eventually. When we consulted with two competent doctors in other clinics, no cracks have been found and the tooth has been saved with an appropriate root canal treatment in a professional clinic. You provide terrible dentist services and your reaction to the customer feedback is pathetic.
