Excellent dentist. Professional, experienced very knowledgeable. Was an NHS referral but thinking to start paying private as so pleased with the work done. No one would touch my tooth and everyone wanted to take it out, this dentist (wish I got his name) saved my tooth and done a really brilliant job. Very happy. Thanks to the whole team.

From my very first appointment, she took the time to thoroughly assess my situation, clearly explain the findings from examinations and diagnostic tests, and walk me through all available treatment options—honestly and without any pressure. Throughout the appointment, it was clear that my dental health and comfort were the top priority. I never felt rushed into making decisions, and every question I asked was answered with patience and care. As someone who was quite nervous about treatment, I truly appreciated how understanding and supportive Dr. Sonal was. She acknowledged my nerves without judgement and gently guided me through each stage of the procedure, explaining what to expect and sharing practical tips to help me stay relaxed. At no point did the experience feel impersonal or rushed. Instead, it was calm, compassionate, and genuinely patient-centred. The reception team—Kelly F, Kelly P, and Viktorija—are consistently friendly, attentive, helpful, and accommodating. They create a supportive atmosphere from the very first phone call through to arriving at the practice. The clinic itself is conveniently located with excellent parking and offers a clean, modern, and welcoming environment. Had a lovely visit today 16/01/2026. Dentist was friendly and very transparent with the issues and potential treatment. The X-rays were immediately available to view and discuss. Booked my next appointment. All very good so far!
