**UPDATE** I’ve just been told that Dr George has removed me from being in care of this Dental Practice, asking me to contact Smile White directly to confirm who will provide me teeth aligners. This comes after nearly 4 MONTHS of waiting for updates. I would not recommend being treated at this practice. The staff have been helpful, but the Dr, not at all. After a call with Smile White, they told me they are bound to treat me from the duty of practice, so I’m unsure what will happen next. I will update this soon with photo evidence. **Previous review** I had a scan for my Smile White teeth aligners early December and I haven’t heard a single update since then. I’ve had to call multiple times to find out that there was an issue with the scans and photos not aligning, I even offered to come in and rescan to rectify the issue. It was declined and I’m still waiting for an update. I’ve spoken to Smile White and they have let me know that the Dentist is at fault for the delay, and they are waiting for him so they can proceed. I was told that after my scan the process typically takes 4-6 weeks before I receive my aligners. It’s the 10th week since I’ve had my scan and as far as I’ve been told the process to create them hasn’t even started. Appalled by the service, if I could change vendor I would immediately.

I was a bag of nerves before going in for my root canal treatment, but the experience turned out to be far better than I expected. The dentist took the time to clearly explain the entire procedure beforehand, which immediately put me at ease. Throughout the treatment, everything felt calm, professional, and much less stressful than I had imagined. The care and reassurance made a huge difference. I would definitely recommend this dental practice to anyone feeling anxious about dental treatment.

Dr. Suma is not only a wonderful dentist, she's also an angel! My twins didn't want to go to other dentists for checkups, but sitting in the doctor's chair felt like they were watching the best movie ever. The way she gained the children's trust and affection is absolutely magical. I've never personally met such a warm person. The drilling and filling went wonderfully and without any fear. I highly recommend her.

A fantastic dental practice with consistently outstanding service from start to finish. From the friendly and professional reception team to the dentists themselves, everything is always faultless. The use of modern technology is particularly impressive, especially the new iTero scanner which is a great addition and really enhances the experience for both patients and dentists. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for high-quality dental care!

As always, I was well cared for right from my arrival ( by Andrea on this occasion ) and Dr George Khebet who has carried out successful implant work for me . I am a very happy client of Longwood House Dental Clinic.
