I visited this practice seeking NHS dental care under my maternity exemption. I was told only private options were available, which was disappointing as I was hoping to receive clinically necessary NHS treatment. I want to share my experience so future NHS‐entitled patients are aware. I hope they improve communication about NHS availability.

Yesterday I went this dentist with my 4 years 6 months old daughter and 1 year 9 months old son for first dental appointment the experience was unacceptable. The female dentist was very rude and unprofessional and the dentist raised her voice, escalating the situation. Her behavior was not just rude; it was unprofessional and bullying. She seen only my daughter very unprofessionally she doesn’t see my son.but when I asked her about my son she rises voice with me. She doesn’t not listening me.My both children are crying on the time. I try to contacted the practice to file a complaint, about this female dentist enquiry she got any uk dental certificate or any other uk dental experience and also monitored her treatment process This is a clear example of how patients are being treated poorly, and it reflects badly on the entire profession. I urge others to think twice before going there, as such behavior is unacceptable. If I had been present, I would have taken further action. It's truly disappointing to see such a lack of professionalism in a healthcare setting. Avoid this place at all costs.

Everyone is welcoming and friendly! Didn't have to wait for my appointment time and they are very informative and answer any questions you have about mouth health. Would recommend this dentist
