Dr Fiez has been fantastic. He’s understanding, calm and very informative, taking the time to explain options clearly and without pressure. He’s also very clearly a highly skilled practitioner. He’s repaired two chipped teeth for me and the results have been excellent both times — natural, precise and long-lasting. I’ve always felt in very safe hands and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.

Worst dentist ever! This dentist ruined my teeth by drilling too deep and making a massive filling. I came in for a check up and was told I need work done due to cavities. I went and got a second opinion and my teeth are perfectly fine! The receptionist is incredibly rude and service is appalling. Avoid this place. They lie to you that you need treatment which you don't and they're seriously overpriced. You'd at least respect from receptionist at that price. AVOID!

I have been reluctant to leave a review as an NHS patient, but after recently attending a hygienist appointment at another practice, the difference in standard of care has been significant enough to warrant comment. My NHS appointments at this practice have been cancelled repeatedly, often at short notice due to dentist unavailability, making it difficult to access consistent NHS care. The practice has also declined to provide an NHS Band 1 scale and polish. At my last appointment, only minimal scaling was carried out despite a hygienist elsewhere later confirming that my teeth required more thorough attention. Several years ago, I was encouraged to book a private hygienist appointment (a scale and polish that should have been carried out under NHS Band 1, on the qualifier that the dentist thought it medically necessary. Still, I didnt know this at the time and paid privately). On the day, the hygienist was unavailable and the dentist carried out a brief, painful scale only instead. The whole appointment latest 10 mins. This experience put me off hygienist treatment for some time. I have also experienced a lack of price transparency for private treatment. I was quoted one price for whitening while in the chair, only to be told at reception that the cost was higher due to a mandatory hygienist appointment that had not been explained upfront. While this requirement may be reasonable, it should have been clearly included in the original quote if mandatory. The practice manager was argumentative when challenged. I have since found other practices offering clearer and more competitive pricing. Another second opinion at a different practice has told me that whitening would be ineffective for my condition. Having now received care elsewhere, I feel the service here falls short in both quality and communication. Patients, particularly those paying privately, may wish to compare alternatives carefully.
