My first ever time visiting and I honestly don’t have a single bad word to say. The receptionist was lovely, polite and smiling at all times. Same with the dentist and the lovely assistant. I had an amalgam filling and it was done perfectly with 0 discomfort and an outstanding result. A very positive and welcoming place where i felt comfortable. 100% would recommend.

I am totally appalled by the conduct of the receptionist at this dental practice. This is not the first time I have been subject to her misconduct. I phoned up today to discuss moving my services from this dental surgery or staying as I have moved out of the area. I had paid a £20 deposit for my next hygienist appointment and asked how I could get it back given my appointment is in over 6 weeks if I decide to move. She told me that she wasn’t sure if that’s possible. I asked her if she could please find out and she then hung up on me. I phoned back and was left on hold waiting for the call to be answered. I then used another phone to call and my call was answered immediately. Meaning my calls were being screened and not answered. I then spoke to the same receptionist who spoke to me abruptly and pretended she couldn’t hear me. I’ve requested a call back from the dentist to finalise things with this practice and move on. Unfortunately I cannot give the name of the receptionist as when I requested her name she said she wasn’t comfortable giving her name. This is clearly because she knows she is in the wrong and does not want to be reprimanded for her misconduct. However I can confirm she was answering the phones on 30/9 at 16.19. Her conduct is totally unprofessional and clearly unsuitable to be providing customer facing service in a healthcare facility. I strongly urge anyone considering this dental surgery to reconsider. It is a shame as the dentist and hygienist are quite good and I wanted to see if I could stay registered but I think this experience has made my mind up for me.

The dentist and his assistant are always caring and provide an amazing service. The receptionist on the other hand is really unpleasant and unprofessional. One of my previous appointments, the time was changed without contacting me to ask if it would work with me. Yesterday I booked another two appointments and before I left I have asked if she could send me my booking confirmation because I could see she couldn't care any less to talk to me by her attitude, and just looked like she doesn't really want to be there. Wasn't a surprise when I didn't receive my confirmations. I called again today, she told me she'll send them and hanged up on me abruptly and she still has not sent them. I called again, so I could at least ask her to tell me the times and dates of my appointments, but she's not picking up my calls now. This is utterly unprofessional and disappointing to see as the dentist is actually good. So at this point I'm not even sure whether my appointments are booked or not, as she got off the call before I could ask for dates and times. No apology or explanation for rescheduling my previous appointment without my knowledge; as well as for not sending booking confirmations now. Nothing - only an abruptly ended phone call, how dramatic 😂😂😂 Sadly 0 stars for the receptionist.
