Dr victor, has always been really cheerful and makes me feel comfortable. Really friendly makes you feel at ease. He explain really well. The hygienist is also really good, friendly and makes you feel comfortable. It’s quite easy getting an appointment, doesn’t really get to busy. I have had mix experience with the receptionist, some are really friendly and well come you while others are not so friendly. The practice is clean.

I have been going to this dentist for years. Dr Viktor is a very good dentist, he’s very thorough and knowledgeable. He takes a lot of care during check ups and has helped keep my teeth in good condition.

Probably the best dental practice that has treated me. I've had a lot of work done on my teeth - from fillings, to root canals, to crowns, and they've all gone really well and I've never had any issues after the treatments are done. Dr. Valerie is great - she's really gentle and accommodating. Like most people I get uncomfortable about the anaesthetic injection, but she somehow manages to be gentle, minimising any pain/sharpness. Her work is always really clean and well fitting. The receptionist (I think her name is Constance?) is also really nice. Overall a nice practice to go to. I'm always excited about my teeth being one step closer to being healthier and better when I'm there.

Unfortunately I haven't had any treatment at the clinic, the score is for the receptionist and the very unprofessional approach. I called them to ask if they accept new NHS patients and when I can book an appointment. I've been told that after a week of the registration I will be able to book one. I called them and they said that according to their policy I have to wait a month to book an appointment and that they are busy. I visited them 3 times, the clinic was empty and locked as they didn't have any appointments and no dentists were in. It might be the best dentistry in London, however the reception isn't and need replacement.

Yes, I had my appointment with Dr. Victor & team. He was very patient and supportive with me. They possibly just need a new Receptionist, as the dental nurse had to double up, and she didn't appear overly happy with this! Other than that, everything OK
