Hackney Dental practice

I had been a patient at this dental practice for over 10 years, but my recent experience was deeply disappointing. I was seen by a dentist who was extremely rude and condescending because of that incident I was seen by another dentist in the same practice, I underwent a root canal treatment that failed in less than three months. Despite being an NHS patient, I was wrongly charged as a private patient, resulting in significantly higher fees than I should have paid. They are very vague about the cost. I feel completely scammed and let down. Avoid this practice at all costs.

I have rated this as a 1. I am shocked . I went to this surgery 4 weeks ago and was referred to Canning Town dental for an extraction. They pulled the tooth and left a piece behind. I called back to Hackney dental and was given an appointment to see what was left if anything It was a speck of tooth left back. These people charged me £2750 for NOTHING! I was not informed of the charge when I called. Be careful of the hidden charges. Be careful of the services in London they are a rip off, like this dentist. They will charge you for things they should not. This should have been a follow up considering I had not after care for the extraction in the first instance.. highly disappointed . This in the midst of a cost of living crisis! To add insult to injury the fragments were not completely removed I noticed this walking from the dentist to avoid most unfair costs . I had to use a hair pin to search around and discard remaining fragments. This is after an x. Not happy

I can only speak for my dentist at this surgery, his assistants and the receptionist I have had the pleasure to engage with and be attended to by for the past 13 years. They are always professional, kind and caring with a great sense of humour. Puts me and my daughter at ease right away. We have a very good relationship with everyone at that surgery. Best dentist I have ever had. Put the smile back on my face. Colour match and rebuilt my teeth without extracting a single one. Made them look as if they are natural and nothing ever happened to them. I would recommend anyone to him without a second thought.

The receptionist is extremely helpful and giveyou time to explain yr issue. Great. Havent seen the dentist yet

Had an emergency appointment today. Receptionist was so helpful. The whole staff from dentist to nurses to receptionist made me feel so comfortable. I quite afraid of needles. They all put me at ease and we're very informative from start to finish. Very reasonable prices. From someone who is terrified of dentist I would recommend them 100%.can not thank them enough for their swift professional service ❤️
