I highly recommend this dental practice for dental treatments and implant work with Dr Leo Moshenskiy. We had high quality dental services with affordable prices for years. Dental treatments of Dr Moshenskiy and clinic set up are matching style and high expectations of those from Eastern Europe. Phone system and communication could be better, but I am ok with that.

I’ve been using this dentist and hygienist for at least 6 years. I have always found their reception to be rude, I have overlooked this many of times because I like my hygienist. The phone system is extremely poor and you’re always on hold despite them never looking like they are doing anything when you get there in person. Yesterday I did the right thing by calling and asking if I should attend my appointment as I had been sick for a week, I wanted to check my dentist and hygienist would still like to see me. I left a voicemail as they didn’t answer, as usual. Only to get a text to say the dentist won’t see me but the hygienist will at 12:30. I attended this appointment, only to arrive to be told it was cancelled the day before. The receptionist lied to me and told me they didn’t get a voicemail from me (I have proof of their messages) This is gaslighting at its finest. They did not take any responsibility for their mistake after I did the right thing by them and my illness. I would like someone to call me and personally apologise else I’ll never be back. Not once, do my messages from them state that my 12:30 appointment was cancelled.

I can't recommend this dental practice enough! Dr Leo Mashensky is an outstanding dentist 👌 Very calm, knowledgeable and very thorough. He took the time to explain every step and made the whole experience stress-free. The clinic is modern, clean and the team is absolutely lovely 😍👌
