Dr. Mohammad was very thorough and reassuring throughout my treatment. He used special techniques to administer the local anaesthetic, and I didn’t even feel the needle go in. This immediately put me at ease and made the whole experience much more comfortable. His calm and professional manner gave me confidence, and I felt I was in very safe hands. Thank you Dr Mohammed and Thank you Nancy welcoming me to the practice with your warm smile at reception you have amazing customer service skills keep up the amazing work.

I have high anxiety so I was nervous everyday till this day where I had my top upper wisdom tooth out. My surgeon was Dr Walid I believe. He’s very compassionate and very calm. He told me each step. Asked about my anxiety & began the procedure with such confidence. Within a few minutes I was numb, then the actual removal maybe 1minute or less not exaggeration. Thank you again I appreciate this ❤️

Had got referred here from my dentist in south London, was very skeptical at first especially going to an unknown dentist from my local let alone the entrance don’t be fooled ! but with great experience this dentist here at my wisdom tooth out in no time all healing okay thanks also to the receptionist keeping me at ease. Only can recommend to get more seating in waiting area ! Overall great

Average dental clinic. The staff is okay. Very small place which gives little intimacy. You can hear everything that happens in the treatment rooms from the reception area. Also one of the rooms doesn't have a door handle so it cannot be closed properly, even during treatment. The staff store their bikes in the treatment rooms, which seems quite unhygienic. People come and go from the room whilst you're on the chair, so anyone waiting in the reception can see you. On my second visit, the receptionist wasn't here, my dentist was 30 minutes late and he and his assistant were arguing over one of my teeth. I also told him that I was very nervous on the chair so I would like him to explain everything he's doing. He did it once at the beginning and that's it. I was very uncomfortable during the treatment (installation of bonding for aligners) and he did not really care. I'm only going there for my aligners because the location is very convenient. I will stick to my dentist at the William Place Dental in Bow for any other treatments.

Amazing dentist so comforting and polite. Had the best experience getting tooth extractions as you possibly can.
