I recommend if you’re emailing paying clients to conduct oneself with the professionalism expected of a provider who i am going to potentially spend thousands of pounds with. I was told that they only do consultations on Tuesdays. Only to be told they’re not available until mid march, which it’s fine but the tone in the email has made me want to take my business elsewhere. Update: 4th March I have since received an apology from what seems like someone else. They have offered to book me in but I have turned down the offer as I have pursued treatment elsewhere. Changing my review from 1 star to 3 stars to account for the apology and offer.

I was hoping to talk to reception about joining this practice but I Couldn’t get through on the phone it rang then beeped and cut off. However I did get a fast response via email with an explanation re technical issue. Good service 😊
