Im not usually one to complain but Ive had a string of issues here. First they cancelled my dental appointment whilst I was there getting my hygienist appointment, this is due to the x ray machines not working but it was just a dental check up I had which didn't need an x ray machine. I rescheduled to the following Friday anyway and took a day off work for it. Then, they contacted me 2 days before to let me know they need to cancel this rescheduled appointment, this lost me a day of annual leave and was because they thought it was a hygienist appointment, but it was my dentist checkup! It turns out they had originally rescheduled the wrong appointment. I wasn't pleased. I finally got the dentist appointment (no X Ray necessary), he told me I need to go and purchase a product (Colgate Periogard) and start using it right away. I have searched everywhere for this product, pharmacies don't know it and it's not online, it is actually no longer sold in the UK. Wild goose chase! I called the receptionist to ask if she can ask a dentist there for an alternative as I need to get started on my gum care so that it stops receding. She told me I can expect to hear back from a dentist in 5 days time!!! I asked her if she can just ask a dentist there today, it's a small place and would just involve asking a quick question, she said that's not possible. It's a simple question that will take less than a minute but that's not possible. Ive already wasted days looking for a product that doesn't exist and I just want to get started on my gum care. 3 issues in a row hasn't given me the best experience here and the team doesn't seem to care in helping. I am now trying to research ingredients for this product to try to find it in other products, time I don't really have and that would have been saved if the receptionist could have just done that simple request. This hasn't left me with a great impression.

My dentist Anca was thorough and took her time to answer my questions. The manager Dana is lovely, she helped me with all my forms and to book my next appointments. Overall I felt like I was in good hands.

Always great service. Friendly receptionists. Great service from dentist who treats my whole family and appreciate her asking after family members. Have been a client for circa 50 years. Would recommend
