Booked a first appointment and paid a deposit. Then told on the day of the appointment that the hygienist wants to cancel as they don’t have any other appointments booked. Requested my deposit is returned and told I had to wait until the owner returns from holiday. Terrible customer service. Do not recommend the experience. Waiting for my money to be returned…

Sadly I’ve stopped coming here. The hygienist didn’t have the airflow in the room for an appointment and asked me to drop in again just to get one bit. So I booked a follow up appointment. The receptionist called and said she would cancel my appointment if I didn’t give them a £50 deposit. How ridiculous, surely they are losing customers because of this. Disappointing because the services weren’t bad otherwise.

Anita is a great dentist who genuinely cares and epitomises service with a smile! By far the best dentist I have experienced and someone who doesn't go to town for unnecessary treatments. She has gentle hands and intricate control resulting in a pain free experience. The practice is modern, well lit, clean and very easy to get to. Highly recommended!
