The staff from the building was very polite but the marketing how to attract people was very disappointed. Firstly by phone they said it's free consultation you need to pay 50£ then when you leave you received back. I didn't receive back I call back and he tell me it's will deducted by treatment when you start I understand wrong by phone ( I m very sure what I spoke by phone 2 times)🙂 In the building after 2-3 h loose for check up a staff explain me the treatment and I need a deposit of £300 without informing me before I go there. I m not going forward with treatment because it's not look seriously for me. They attracted with low price then I m sure they will increase the more than standard company Very disappointed especially for people who call me, it's not about 50£ it's about how can attract you and be lie in some points.

I have been visiting Dentaprime since 2024 and can honestly say the service has been exemplary. The staff are all friendly, professional and extremely welcoming. During my initial visit in 2024 I was quite apprehensive but the staff all made me feel comfortable and at ease. The quality of materials used is second to none and i would not hesitate to recommend Dentaprime to anyone who wants an amazing smile. Thank you all for helping me to regain my confidence when i smile.

Had a very good, successful experience with Dentaprime. Went to couple other clinics before, and was constantly confused. No one could offer a clear plan of action. At Dentaprime, on the very first day, they offered me three treatment options, varying in cost and complexity. I chose one, and following the plan, ten months later I became the owner of a zirconium denture. Seven teeth on four implants. I really liked how they made this denture; I got used to it within a couple of days; it feels very strong and reliable. These guys have a completely different approach, which some people may not like. I needed six visits, and almost every time a new person worked on my teeth, opening my file and following the treatment plan. So if you want the same doctor from start to finish, a more personalized approach, this is not the place for you. Dentaprime is like a factory assembly line; everything happens very quickly, clearly, without unnecessary questions. Everything is very well organized. Now I'll save up some money and finish the rest of my teeth, but the main work has already been done. The clinic is very modern. The guys are very polite and do a good job for a reasonable price.
