I was treated today by Mahfuz & Faiza and they were amazing!! They had professional service, and reassured me at all times throughout the whole process. Definitely recommend this clinic the staff at the reception were all welcoming and the place is also very clean.

I went into my appointment today unsure about Invisalign, but my Treatment coordinator maryam completely changed that. She was professional, patient, and genuinely cared about making sure I understood everything. Her confidence and expertise made me feel at ease right away. I left feeling fully informed and excited to start my treatment. Truly outstanding service!

Based on both my experience and other reviews, you’re clearly sacrificing quality for price here. Communication is terrible, I’ve seen more organisation in a nursery and this also goes for the dentist they operate from (reception are clueless) In my first eight weeks alone, I’ve had appointments cancelled on the day (while I was preparing to travel), and when appointments do go ahead they’re consistently late. It’s also nearly impossible to get hold of anyone competent. To make matters worse, the work itself has left me with a damaged tooth. Overall, this has been a really poor experience, and I’d strongly advise paying a bit more elsewhere for better service and care. It’s obvious they’re a “diamond provider” by volume, not by service and that really should be better policed.
