I can’t recommend Zoriana highly enough (and her assistant Iryna). They are absolutely brilliant — professional, gentle, and incredibly reassuring. Zoriana always takes her time to explain everything clearly and always makes me feel completely at ease in the chair. I usually feel anxious at the dentist, but her calm and caring approach makes such a difference.

Was easy to book NHS dental checkup online, dentist was friendly, clear and explained and showed the X-rays to me. Was waiting slightly longer than expected (15 mins or so after scheduled start) but wasn't a problem for me. Waiting area has comfortable seating and wifi.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this dental practice (previously known as Bickering), particularly with the lack of transparency and the rigid, punitive way policies are enforced. I have been a loyal NHS patient at this practice for several years. Recently, when I called to book a routine check-up in order to proceed with fillings, I was informed that I had been moved from NHS to private care and would now be charged £65 for a check-up. This decision was apparently based on two missed appointments in 2024. While I understand the importance of attendance, I was never informed verbally or in writing that missing two appointments would result in removal from NHS care. I only received standard emails stating that appointments were missed, with no warning of the consequences. Being told about this change only when trying to book a new appointment feels unfair and lacking transparency. This is not an isolated incident. On a previous occasion, I was delayed by approximately 5–10 minutes for a hygienist appointment and was told I would be charged or potentially not seen at all. There was no attempt at flexibility or understanding, despite my long history with the practice. I had to escalate the situation to the practice manager to resolve it, which caused unnecessary stress. Taken together, these experiences suggest a pattern of prioritising penalties and charges over patient care, clear communication, and reasonable discretion. Patients should be clearly informed of policies and consequences in advance, not after decisions have already been made. I am very disappointed by how I have been treated and no longer feel this practice operates in a patient-focused or transparent way.
