I have been a patient here since I was a child, and that consistency truly speaks volumes about the exceptional care they provide for all my dentistry needs. Dr. Talib is exceptionally gentle, which makes a huge difference for routine cleanings and procedures. I always feel comfortable and well-cared for. Both Dr. Talib and her team are incredibly informative. They take the time to explain everything thoroughly, from the procedures to preventative care, ensuring I understand my treatment plan and all my options.

This dentist is, without exaggeration, the most offensively abusive practitioner I have ever encountered. Her conduct is not merely discourteous but overtly hostile: she is verbally aggressive, physically intrusive, and appears to take a perverse pleasure in mocking patients who are clearly in pain or distress. Her manner is gratuitously rude and wholly incompatible with any notion of professional care. She persistently interrupts, refuses to allow patients to complete a sentence, and declines to answer even the most basic questions. Any attempt at communication is met with hostility rather than explanation. Patients are treated with a level of contempt that is frankly dehumanising. Communication is further impaired by her extremely poor command of English, compounded by her refusal to allow her assistants to speak on her behalf or clarify what she is attempting to convey. From the moment one enters the practice until the moment one leaves, the experience is characterised by sustained intimidation and humiliation. One departs not merely dissatisfied, but shaken and violated in a way no medical appointment should ever induce. I would strongly advise avoiding this individual entirely. Her behaviour is brutish, entitled, and profoundly unfit for a profession founded on trust and care.

I came to Dentalmark after a long period of dental neglect. Overall my impression is that all the staff are very professional and take their time to understand your problems. In all, I visted three times to check, clean and fix a badly broken molar. Each session was carefully explained and aftercare advice was given on how to maintain personal dental hygiene. The work itself was very professional and quick (but not rushed). The dentist clearly was very experienced and knew right away what needed to be done. I will be coming back every three months for regular checkups in order to monitor for other problems and gum issues. This is a great dentist with a long history in the local area and I highly recommended them.

Very poor experience: I can not comment on the quality of the work done by the dentist (as I decided to not get my filling done here). Doctor made me hold the mirror (while the assistant was tweedling her thumbs), and was giving generic advice (like eating less sweets as if I was a kid). The scheduling system is bad, payment is cash only, the appointment time was not respected. I would simply avoid.
