This has been one of the most frustrating and disappointing healthcare-related experiences I’ve ever had. At the very beginning, I was pushed to leave a review in exchange for a discount, before the treatment was even underway. That should have been my warning sign. Once they got the review, the service and accountability completely deteriorated. The quality of the work is unacceptable. My aligners are not complete, and my teeth are still not aligned or straight, despite what was clearly outlined in the initial treatment plan. The end result is nowhere near what was promised. I followed the process, wore the aligners as instructed, and trusted the plan they gave me — and they failed to deliver on their end. Communication was an absolute nightmare. Every attempt to get help felt like talking to a wall. Responses were slow, generic, and scripted, as if I was dealing with bots instead of real people who actually cared about the outcome of my treatment. Questions were ignored or answered with copy-and-paste replies that didn’t address the issue at all. There was no real support, no sense of urgency, and zero empathy for the fact that this involves someone’s teeth and long-term oral health. When I raised concerns about my results not matching the treatment plan, I was met with deflection instead of solutions. No clear explanations, no ownership of mistakes, and no meaningful effort to fix the problem. It felt like once the payment was made, I was completely on my own. This company seems far more focused on marketing, collecting positive reviews early, and automating customer service than actually delivering quality orthodontic care. If you’re considering this service, be aware that you may be left with unfinished treatment, wasted time, and the added expense of having to correct their mistakes elsewhere. I regret trusting them with something as important as my smile. Learn from my experience and think very carefully before choosing this company. This process started in late 2023. They couldn’t get anything right in over 2 years.

They are literally scammers. My teeth has not been reshaped yet in 3 years and they are telling me and they started asking for more money for retainers. Moreover,they asked to pay me £100 for scan . Later when they could not cope up,they said that they closed the business but they are still there.

Avoid this company at all costs – dishonest, disorganized, and completely unprofessional. What started off as a promising treatment has turned into a complete nightmare that has dragged on for over 2 years, despite the treatment being advertised as 9 months. I still haven’t seen the final results, and every step of the way has been filled with delays, poor communication, and hidden charges. Now, they want to charge me £100 for a scan — something that should be a standard part of the process — just to make retainers. How do you even make retainers without an updated scan? And if you can, why would you recommend it knowing it might not fit properly? It’s just another way to squeeze more money from patients after they’ve already paid thousands. They keep shifting the explanation to justify extra fees. This wasn’t mentioned when I paid at the start of the treatment, and now they’re “tweaking” the story to make it seem normal. It’s shady, and frankly, insulting. Communication has been abysmal. Every time I ask for clarification, I get vague replies like “we’ll get back to you” or “we’ll consult with our team,” but nothing ever gets resolved. I’m left chasing them constantly while getting absolutely no real answers or support. What’s worse is they clearly push for good reviews early in the process, before anything actually goes wrong. It’s manipulative and misleading. Most of the “positive” reviews you see are likely written before the patient even starts treatment — don’t fall for it. This company is disorganized, money-hungry, and completely lacking in proper customer care. If you’re thinking about starting treatment with them — DON’T. You’ll be wasting your time, money, and peace of mind. Save yourself the stress. Go elsewhere.
