Urgent Dental

I attended the clinic in severe pain as having been kept awake at night because of it. My crown broke on a Thursday evening and by Friday morning I was fitted with a professional temporary crown. Couldn't be happier and grateful with this service. I would highly recommend for anyone seeking friendly, reassuring, professional treatment.

I am very nervous about going to the dentist but had excruciating pain and so had to go. I found this dentist today and went to have a tooth removed. They were excellent in looking after me, telling me all my options and with the treatment. I felt so comfortable here and would highly recommend them to anyone nervous.

I phoned up to make an appointment on a Tuesday afternoon and made an appointment for 14.00 for the following Thursday! They asked for a £50 consultation fee payable straight away before I had even been there ! Because I was in so much pain and wanted the problem sorted ASAP I reluctantly gave them my card details,and said I would be there on the Thursday. I arrived in plenty of time to find a little side door down a back alley (above a fast food outlet) ,which was closed with a note saying closed for lunch until 14.00 . I waited and went in up a dirty looking stairway into a reception area. The receptionist was dealing with a couple of other patients before me ,then asked my name ,checked ,then said she had no appointment under my name ! I asked again and told her the phone number and details that I had thankfully screenshot and the phone number was a totally different one . I phoned up the number I had used and got through to a women who appeared just as baffled as me ,as to why my appointment wasn’t showing,but she said she’ll take my phone number and call me back ! I asked if she was actually in the building ,but it would appear that the number is a booking number only ! I waited outside for 10 minutes or so and tried the number again getting through to a man this time who again said they would phone me back ,again no phone call ! This is a complete scam and I’m just waiting for dubious purchases to appear on my account! Don’t be taken in by it and avoid like the plague ! If I could give 0 star reviews ,I would have ! Update they phoned 6 hours after my “appointment “should have taken place ,but I didn’t answer if that’s their style of customer service!

The dentist staff were very helpful from when I made the late booking for an emergency appointment staff on the phone explained everything. The dentist was also was very good. Would definitely recommend this surgery

I was in severe pain, not able to sleep all night from a painful past root canal. I got appointment promptly and the service was excellent. Would recommend
