I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Dentist Matilda and Hygienist Laura! From the moment I walked in, they both made me feel completely at ease and comfortable. Laura did such a thorough and gentle cleaning — she explained everything as she went along and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. My teeth have never felt cleaner! Both were professional and wonderful. Dentist Matilda was wonderful. She took the time to review my treatment plan in detail and answered all my questions without making me feel rushed. Both Matilda and Laura love what they do and want the best for their patients. The whole visit was smooth, friendly, and enjoyable (which I never thought I’d say about a trip to the dentist!). I highly recommend Dentist Matilda and Hygienist Laura — they’re an amazing team who make dental care feel easy and stress-free. The reception team — they’re honestly amazing! Every time I come in, they’re so warm and welcoming. They always greet me with a smile and make me feel comfortable right away. They’re always so helpful with booking appointments and answering any questions I have, and they do it all with such a friendly attitude. You can really tell they care about their patients and want to make the whole experience as smooth as possible. It makes such a difference walking into a place where the people at the front desk are genuinely kind and professional. The receptionists here are a part of what makes this practice so great!

My experience since signing up with this dental practice has been amazing. CARE DENTAL SMILE STUDIOS, really keep the customer at the forefront. My personal Dentist; Anita Varkey is an amazing practitioner. I encountered a major issue, then visited for a again for an emergency for a totally separate reason, and it goes without saying, her skill set is formidable. She diagnosed my issues without wasting my time, and offered me options/solutions which were tailored around me. Kudos to Care Dental Smile Studios and one of their resident Dentist's, Anita Varkey!

I have a terrible phobia of the Dentist. But this Dentist practice is brilliant. They care they listen there very gentle. The Receptionist are always polite and very respectful everyone in there is jolly !! It’s a lovely atmosphere . Thank you for everything you have done for me being a patient with a Phobia .

Rude receptionist with no people skills and a horrible person to be greeted by - a receptionist requires a warm, friendly, welcoming person, and she is the opposite of that. Cancelled my appointment with no courtesy to let me know (she claims she tried ‘multiple’ times, but when I asked her how many times multiple was, she failed to give me an answer). I took a day off work at the office for my appointment and I turn up just to be told my appointment was cancelled by a rude receptionist who was unwilling to help! Never met someone so heartless and unadjusting.

Called in the morning with a pain in my tooth and I got an appointment right away. Everyone were attentive and good. Received a good care.
