I’ve just seen Dr Nimmi Patel for the first time, and I can honestly say it was the best dental experience I’ve had in 31 years of going to the dentist. From the moment I sat in the chair, she made me feel completely at ease. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable throughout. The hygiene treatment and airflow cleaning were the best I’ve ever had — incredibly thorough, yet gentle. I left feeling genuinely looked after and confident in the care I received. After years of searching, I’ve finally found a dentist I’ll be sticking with long term. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Dr Patel to anyone looking for a truly first-class patient experience. Thank you once again and to the nurse who assisted.

The staff at the dental surgery were exceptionally attentive, remarkably kind and genuinely welcoming. The equipment was impressively advanced, wonderfully responsive and of outstanding quality. The premises were immaculate, serene and impeccably maintained, creating an atmosphere of comfort and reassurance. Having been with this practice for over twenty years, I can sincerely say that I have never encountered a single problem—only consistent excellence and unwavering professionalism. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Patel and her practice. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with genuine kindness and professionalism. The office atmosphere is calm, clean, and incredibly welcoming — it immediately put me at ease. Dr. Patel recently filled a couple of my teeth, and the experience was truly exceptional. She took the time to explain every step of the process in a way that was easy to understand, answering all my questions with patience and care. Throughout the procedure, she constantly checked to make sure I was comfortable, and her gentle approach made the entire experience completely stress-free. What impressed me most was her attention to detail and passion for her work. The fillings look flawless — you can’t even tell they were done — and they feel natural and comfortable. Friendly caring staff, I had a root canal performed recently by Dr Patel. The dentist took care to explain everything including the X-Ray images, the best part was I experienced no pain after the anaesthetic wore off. Thank you!

Dr. Patel and her team are amazing! She’s polite, listens carefully, and saved my tooth on my first visit. All the staff are very kind and considerate too — highly recommend!
