From the moment i stepped into the practice i felt at ease and was made to feel a home. Everyone was extremely polite, friendly and professional. The dentist took great care in doing my check and was very detailed in his explanation of what he was seeing. Everything was quick and painless. I would highly recommend this practice if you are in the area. Its a gem! Thank you Lebanon Park Dental team!

I really can't recommend this practice highly enough. From the moment I spoke to Eileen, I knew I had come to the right place. She was so kind and understanding and fitted me in for an emergency appointment just a few hours later. And she was equally lovely in real life! Dr Parekh has the most wonderful manner and instantly put me at ease. He was incredibly kind, patient and reassuring and took the time to explain everything very clearly and to allay my concerns. My thanks too to the nurse, who exuded kindness and calm. The practice manages to be both highly professional and also genuinely caring, warm and welcoming. Thank you - the care I received was exemplary!

Outstanding customer service as usual! I can’t praise this practice highly enough for their brilliant customer care. In particular, I’d like to commend Eileen at the “front of house” post. Eileen has a wonderful way with her clients and goes the extra mile to make things work for them. She juggled around my appointment today with another client, to help me out with an emergency with my cat. It’s people like Eileen who put the care back into customer service. Good, old-fashioned way of helping out her customers. Thank you so much, Eileen.🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
