I had to visit Perfect Smile Twickenham today for a filling re fill. I was feeling super nervous and anxious but I was totally put at ease with my wonderful dentist Richa Awasthi Guatam and her lovely nurse Ginana. Richa was amazing with me, she was so kind and patient and I honestly felt so relaxed because of how she was. I couldn’t recommend her enough and I’ll definitely be seeeing her for all my visits!

I have been with Perfect Smile Twickenham for years now and have never had a bad experience once. Such a great practice. Everyone is super friendly. Every step of a procedure (if you need work done) is explained in the detail you need. I can highly recommend.

Highly recommend Perfect Smile Twickenham, and in particular Dr Emily Cross. I'm a reasonably nervous patient normally, and she has really helped me feel comfortable with being in a dental chair again. It had been 4 years between dental check ups and she didn't make me feel judged which I really appreciated! On my second visit I needed 2 fillings with injections for the first time, I was very worried leading up to it but Emily was brilliant and there was barely a moment of discomfort. She communicates calmly and clearly, explaining everything that is happening and what to expect. I’ll be getting composite bonding with her soon. Every visit has been a positive experience, and it’s clear she genuinely cares about the comfort of her patients.
