I had a really lovely experience with Dr Massey today. She was warm, friendly and clearly very experienced. She put me completely at ease from the start, which makes such a difference at the dentist. She did a fantastic job and managed to sort everything in just one visit. I’m genuinely so pleased with the result. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Dr Massey.

We moved back to the UK a year ago after 25 years overseas. We moved to the area and The Richmond dentist was recommended by friends in Richmond. We’ve visited the Water Lane surgery several times now - for hygienist and check up visits. Everyone we’ve met has been wonderful. Very professional and equally friendly. Today I was welcomed by Anita who is always great - offering water, tea or coffee as I waited. I had a regular checkup with Dr. Hannah Massey who took the time to examine my teeth thoroughly and, as importantly, to explain what she observed and offer advice on any treatments I needed or changes to my dental hygiene routine that might improve my dental health. It’s always a pleasure to visit The Richmond Dentist and I’d recommend them to anyone in the area looking for a friendly, professional, and knowledgeable dentist.

I had my first visit with Laura for a comprehensive dental hygiene appointment. Can hands down say she is the best dentist I have seen - the attention to detail, kindness and professionalism was second to none and I especially appreciate that she took time to explain things that previous dentists haven’t bothered to. Will be returning 100%
