Perfect Smile - Dentist in Ham

I had treatment from a hygienist locum who was very professional and thorough. However, she was struggling to make the overhead 4 green lights that enable her to see what she's doing in your mouth work. It wouldn't come on, then it came on and went off again. Eventually we started and half way through, it went out again. As you can imagine, this could have happened at a delicate or even dangerous moment. She then struggled of a further 5 minutes to get it working, while I sat there, mouth agape, numbed from injections and just wanting it to be over! The receptionist informed me it has been faulty for a while and someone was "supposed to come on Friday" to fix it. I believe it is scheduled to be fixed tomorrow. No harm done the end, but there could have been, and the whole experience (being in the dentist chair is always a matter of tension!) rendered even more of an ordeal. Faulty equipment does not inspire confidence in the patient. Perhaps all appointments should have bene cancelled till it was repaired, but I guess that would cost money

I really love this dental clinic. We only found out there was a Chinese-speaking receptionist when we arrived, which made my appointment much smoother. My son’s dentist is Dr. Nora Madhi, and I must say she is a truly professional, patient, and beautiful dentist. She gave us a lot of instructions after the treatment and was very responsible. We will definitely come back again.

Went to Dr Nora Mahdi for whitening with Enlighten. The results were noticeable so quickly and it has truly transformed my smile! Dr Mahdi was also very supportive during the process and answered any queries or questions along the way. Totally worth the cost and I fully recommend. Thank you to Lisa also who was excellent !
