I had two appointments yesterday — one in the morning and another at noon — and both experiences were excellent. The team was friendly, welcoming, and very professional throughout. Marcia truly goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly and that patients feel comfortable and well cared for. Jayne is great at her job attentive, reassuring, and always making sure you’re okay during treatment. I really appreciate their willingness to help and the genuine care they show. Highly recommended!

I handed in an Apple Watch to the receptionist yesterday that had been left on the dryer in the washroom. She then passed it onto a member of the management staff in the back office. I did not at any point receive any gratitude, let alone acknowledgement. The owner was fortunate that it wasn't stolen or that she had to retrace her steps to work out where she had left it and the worries that go with that! Quite sad, really. Apart from that, Marcia was as kind as ever and a joy to see always. Thank you.

Yesterday was my first visit to Damira for a check-up. The dentist I saw (Bianca) was very nice and seemed very professional. She promised to send me a treatment plan which I expected to receive before the end of the day. I was particularly keen to get the exact details as she told me after examination that I had “widespread decay” which caused me considerable anxiety. Today I called to ask why I hadn’t received it and I was told that she only works there one day a week and I will have to wait another week until she has access to the system. The receptionist said she would get the practice manager to call me back. The person who called me was very apologetic but was not the practice manager. She told me she was new at the practice. This doesn’t give me confidence about dealing with this practice.
