⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 100% Happy – Highly Recommend A La Dental Clinic Twickenham I am 100% happy with my experience at A La Dental Clinic Twickenham. From the moment I walked in, the communication was brilliant and the whole team was very friendly and welcoming. They made me feel comfortable straight away. A very special thank you to Dr. Iman. What I truly love about her is that you can feel she does her work from the heart. She genuinely cares about the results and making her patients happy and satisfied, not just about money. I have been to many dentists before, and sometimes it feels like it’s just business and all about payment. But here, it feels completely different. She takes her time, explains everything clearly, and works with such care and precision. Even if your teeth are not in the best condition, she never makes you feel embarrassed or uncomfortable. Instead, she focuses on improving your smile and making you confident. You really feel she wants the best outcome for you. It’s rare to find a dentist who combines professionalism, kindness, and real passion for her work. I had a fantastic experience with Dr Iman and the entire team. From the moment I walked in, the service was warm, professional, and incredibly well organised. Dr Iman is an exceptional dentist—knowledgeable, gentle, and clearly passionate about patient care. She took the time to explain everything thoroughly, making me feel completely comfortable and confident in the treatment. It’s rare to find a dentist who combines such clinical expertise with genuine kindness. I also have to give special recognition to Marta at reception. She is absolutely wonderful—friendly, welcoming, and extremely helpful. Marta goes above and beyond to make patients feel looked after, and she manages everything with such professionalism and efficiency. She truly sets the tone for the whole practice. The whole team works seamlessly together and you can tell they genuinely care about their patients. I recently started going to A La Dental Clinic and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. From the very first visit, I felt welcomed, comfortable, and genuinely cared for by everyone who works there. Dr. Iman Ali is not only incredibly professional and knowledgeable, but also kind, patient, and attentive. She did an amazing job with my treatment — everything was explained clearly, and she made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. Had such a pleasant experience! Omar at the reception is super welcoming and makes everything smooth and easy. (Also I was more than few minutes late and he was so reassuring that it was okay) The whole team has been nothing but great every time I come in. I’m currently doing my Invisalign treatment and go for regular check-ups, and I have to say Dr. Iman Ali is absolutely incredible. I usually hate going to the dentist, it makes me anxious but she makes it completely stress-free. I trust no one else with my teeth!

I visited A LA Dental Clinic at their new practice and was really impressed. The place looks amazing, modern, bright, and very clean. The receptionist was warm and friendly. During my check-up, Dr. Ali took the time to explain everything clearly. Even when I asked about additional treatments, she didn’t rush into anything instead, she explained the proper steps we should take first and said we’d see how things progress before deciding on any further treatment this was reassuring and knowing she genuinely cared about doing what’s best for me. I definitely recommend A LA Dental Clinic!
