1. What London Dental Hub does

London Dental Hub is an independent dental comparison, discovery, and matching platform. We help users explore dental clinics by location, treatment, language support, pricing signals, opening hours, facilities, team information, and public profile data.

We are not a dental clinic, dental practice, broker of regulated dental services, insurer, or emergency healthcare provider.

2. No medical advice

Content on London Dental Hub is for general information and comparison only. It is not dental or medical advice, diagnosis, treatment planning, or a substitute for a consultation with a qualified dental professional.

If you have pain, swelling, trauma, bleeding, infection symptoms, or any urgent concern, contact a dental professional, NHS 111, or emergency services as appropriate.

3. Independent clinics

Clinics listed on London Dental Hub are independent businesses. We do not control their clinical decisions, availability, pricing, appointment policies, treatment outcomes, or patient communications.

Any consultation, treatment, fee, refund, cancellation policy, finance plan, aftercare, guarantee, or complaint is agreed directly between you and the clinic.

4. Clinic profile information

Clinic profiles may include information gathered from public sources, clinic websites, structured data, external provider datasets, public listings, and clinic-submitted updates.

We work to make profiles useful and accurate, but information may be incomplete, outdated, duplicated, estimated, or interpreted from public text. You should confirm key details directly with the clinic before relying on them, including:

• Prices, fees, deposits, finance, and what is included.
• NHS/private availability and whether new patients are accepted.
• Opening hours, emergency availability, and appointment times.
• Clinician qualifications, GDC status, language support, and specialist status.
• Treatment suitability, risks, timelines, and aftercare.

5. Search results and matching

Search results, recommendations, badges, summaries, and "best for" style signals are generated from available profile data, location, user filters, public information, and our matching logic.

They are not endorsements, clinical recommendations, guarantees of quality, or statements that a clinic is suitable for your specific case.

Sponsored, partner, claimed, or enhanced listings may receive additional visibility where applicable. We aim to keep comparison information useful and transparent.

6. Reviews and user content

Users may submit reviews, feedback, comments, profile corrections, or other content. You must only submit honest, lawful, relevant content based on your genuine experience.

You must not submit fake reviews, defamatory content, private health information about another person, abusive language, spam, incentives, or content that infringes rights.

We may moderate, edit for formatting, reject, remove, or investigate content where we believe it may be inaccurate, unlawful, abusive, promotional, irrelevant, or otherwise harmful.

By submitting content, you grant London Dental Hub a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, display, reproduce, adapt, and distribute that content in connection with the service.

7. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it updated.

We may suspend or restrict access if we suspect misuse, fraud, scraping abuse, unauthorised clinic claims, security issues, or breach of these terms.

8. Clinic claims and business accounts

Clinic owners or authorised representatives may request access to claim or update a clinic profile. We may ask for evidence of authority and may refuse or revoke access where verification is incomplete or misuse is suspected.

Claiming a profile does not give a clinic the right to remove legitimate public-interest information, reviews, moderation history, or comparison signals.

9. Acceptable use

You must not:

• Use the service for unlawful, misleading, harmful, abusive, or fraudulent purposes.
• Interfere with security, availability, or operation of the website.
• Scrape, copy, or republish substantial parts of the service without permission.
• Attempt to access another user's account or restricted admin/business areas.
• Submit malicious code, spam, fake enquiries, or automated abuse.

10. Third-party links and booking systems

London Dental Hub may link to clinic websites, booking platforms, maps, payment providers, review platforms, or public resources. We are not responsible for third-party websites, their content, their privacy practices, or their services.

11. Liability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, complete accuracy, clinic availability, treatment outcomes, or that every profile is current.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, London Dental Hub is not liable for indirect loss, clinical outcomes, treatment disputes, booking disputes, pricing changes, third-party acts, or reliance on information that should have been confirmed with a clinic.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12. Changes

We may update the service and these terms as London Dental Hub develops. The date at the top shows when these terms were last updated. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, except where consumer law gives you mandatory rights elsewhere.
