Accessibility matters because dental search is often urgent, mobile, multilingual, and stressful.
Access For Everyone
Accessibility Statement
Last updated: 21 August 2026
London Dental Hub aims to make dental comparison and clinic discovery easier to use for as many people as possible.
We are actively improving accessibility across search, clinic profiles, legal pages, business flows, and account features.
Third-party booking tools, maps, clinic websites, and imported profile data may vary in accessibility.
Users can report accessibility barriers so we can prioritise practical improvements.
1. Our commitment
We want the website to be usable by people with different access needs, including users who rely on keyboard navigation, screen readers, zoom, high contrast settings, captions, readable language, or assistive technology.
Accessibility is especially important in healthcare discovery because users may be stressed, in pain, using a second language, or searching on mobile devices.
2. Measures we take
We aim to:
- Use semantic HTML where possible.
- Provide clear headings, labels, and form instructions.
- Keep navigation consistent across pages.
- Maintain readable contrast, spacing, and text sizing.
- Support keyboard navigation for key user flows.
- Avoid relying on colour alone to communicate meaning.
- Provide descriptive link text and accessible form error messages.
- Test important pages on mobile and desktop layouts.
3. Known limitations
Some areas may not yet be fully accessible, including:
- Older admin or backoffice screens.
- Third-party booking links, maps, widgets, or external clinic websites.
- User-generated or imported clinic data that may contain inconsistent formatting.
- Some generated clinic summaries, scraped text, or external images without ideal alternative text.
We are working to improve these areas as the platform develops.
4. Third-party content
London Dental Hub links to independent clinic websites, booking platforms, map providers, review platforms, and external resources. We do not control the accessibility of third-party websites or tools.
If a linked clinic or booking service is not accessible, please contact that provider directly. You can also tell us so we can consider alternative contact routes in our profile information.
5. Feedback
If you find an accessibility problem on London Dental Hub, contact us at contact@londondentalhub.co.uk.
Please include:
- The page URL.
- What you were trying to do.
- The device, browser, or assistive technology you used.
- A short description of the issue.
6. Response
We aim to review accessibility feedback and prioritise fixes based on severity, user impact, and technical complexity.
If a problem prevents you from using the service, tell us and we will try to provide the information in another reasonable format.
7. Ongoing improvement
Accessibility is an ongoing process. We will continue improving the site structure, content, forms, and clinic profile pages as London Dental Hub grows.
