I visited this clinic to get some information about a tooth extraction. The receptionist was very informative, supportive. The way I was treated made me feel comfortable and confident that this is a safe and professional place for dental treatment. Highly recommend

Although I might have to use them again as they do have better prices than other clinics around the area, the clinic receptionist in Isleworth quite not interested in being polite with the patients and mainly is polish speaking in the clinic.You are feeling isolated as a patient that doesn't speak polish language and also the test results received are not clear for us - not doctors - to read.when asked for help thay are saying to book a doctor consultation fo £180 to read some results that could be the explained better on the paper as in other expensive clinics. Only recommend this clinic for affordable prices but for the customer service part - lack of it and staff not nice at all

My feedback is directed mainly at the clinic’s front-desk staff. I understand that anyone can have an worst day, but the receptionists seemed so preoccupied with chatting amongst themselves that they had neither the time to answer my questions about the clinic’s services nor to inform me about the one-hour delay. I don’t think this should happen, because although the doctor turned out to be highly professional, the experience still left an unpleasant aftertaste. I believe it would be helpful to show the ladies how their colleagues in Croydon handle their work.
