Orthodontic Care

I have experienced ongoing difficulties communicating with the receptionists, and despite repeatedly explaining my situation, there has been no willingness to help or accommodate reasonable requests. I am aware that the practice operates between 9:00 am and 6:00 pm, yet I am consistently offered appointment times such as 9:00 am or 3:00 pm, which are completely unsuitable for me. I have clearly explained multiple times that I have three children attending three different schools. This makes these appointment times impossible. Unfortunately, my situation has been ignored, and I have felt dismissed and disrespected by the reception staff. The lack of understanding, poor communication, and inflexible attitude have caused significant stress and inconvenience. This level of service is extremely disappointing and does not meet the standard of care I would expect from a professional dental practice. I want to stress that this complaint is not directed at the dentist. The doctor I attend with my daughter is excellent, professional, and provides outstanding care. My issue lies solely with the reception team. I expect this matter to be taken seriously and appropriate action to be taken to improve how patients are treated and how appointments are managed.

lovely ortho, great receptionists, big thanks to amazing Dr Jem and her fantastic orthodontic assistants for fixing my teeth with great efficiency and skill and proving a comfortable experience, smiling with confidence all the time now, pls don’t hesitate to come here!!! :)

i have one problem with one dentist as she is rude to me and my children on multiple occasions. She doesnt understand our situation and keeps overstepping boundaries. Horrible communication! do not come here

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My son imran azizi has been receiving treatment at Orthodontic Care – Brentford and we are very happy with the experience. Dr. Jem is excellent — patient, professional, and explains everything clearly. The nurse, Sunni, has been so kind and supportive, which really helped my son feel comfortable during his visits. The whole team is friendly and caring, and we feel confident that my son is in great hands. Highly recommend them!
