I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Poonum Winayak. She treated my daughter with great care while performing dental fillings, making the process comfortable and stress-free. I also had my teeth cleaned, and the procedure was thorough and gentle. Dr. Winayak is highly skilled, patient, and explains everything clearly, which really puts you at ease. The clinic is well-maintained, and the staff is friendly and professional. I highly recommend Dr. Winayak for anyone looking for excellent dental care for both adults and children.

PLEASE READ!!! WILL SAVE YOU TIME AND MONEY!!!!! This has been my family dentist for over 2 decades and in the last 5 years they have been absolutely TERRIBLE. Must be due to new owners or something because I have never had such a displeasing experience. 4 years ago one of their dentist said I needed a route canal done. Having waited for a long time and constantly going back and forth with their rude receptionist who seems to be always like that as long as I’ve gone here…must be the culture set there. Anyways they then said they can do the route canal for me for £260. I proceeded with the treatment and she did 2 sessions for me. She then left the practise and has left me with a huge hole in my tooth(half my tooth left so half the treatment).This tooth now gets infected every few months and has now spread to my other tooth on the other side of the mouth. Now I need 2 route canals done. I cannot live my life properly and when I go to them for some aid after their undone treatment they start arguing with me and are not accountable for anything they have done. Instead of trying to help me and moving forward they keep wanting to argue with me about the past and want to tell me it’s my fault…??!?!?!crazy. Again must be new owners because the CUSTOMER SERVICE AND QUALITY OF SERVICE IS ABSOLUTELY NON EXISTENT in this place NOW!! Bear in mind I’ve been going here for 2 decades. WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS PLACE PLEASE READ THIS IF YOU WANT TO SAVE YOUR PRECIOUS TIME AND MONEY. A dentist that is surviving off its old reputation honestly. Save yourselvess.

Dr. Sana Harroussi was absolutely wonderful with my children! She is so patient, caring, and gentle — my kids felt completely relaxed during their visit. I had previously gone to another dentist in Hounslow, where they never managed to treat my kids, but at Osterley Dentist, Dr. Sana completed all the treatment and even a tooth removal pain-free on the very first visit! The whole team was friendly and welcoming, and the clinic itself is very clean and child-friendly. I really appreciate how Dr. Sana explained everything clearly and made sure my child felt comfortable throughout. I’m very happy with Osterly and with Dr.Sana who truly cares about her patients. We’ll definitely be returning and recommending her to all our friends and family! Shakoor
