I’ve been a patient at Smile Matters for over 10 years, and they’ve always provided exceptional care. Recently I’ve had two appointments with Faz and I’ve been really impressed. He’s professional, gentle, and explains everything clearly. He carried out my treatment with real precision and attention to detail, and the results were excellent. A big shoutout to Parth, the amazing dental nurse, who is always friendly, calm, and makes every visit feel comfortable. Lastly a mention to Anna, the wonderful receptionist. She’s always warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. After a decade of coming here, I can confidently say Smile Matters continues to deliver outstanding service. I wouldn’t trust my dental care anywhere else! Highly recommend.

I can’t recommend Smile Matters enough. Dr. Parth is an exceptional dentist: thorough, knowledgeable, and incredibly reassuring. He takes the time to explain everything clearly and makes you feel completely comfortable. Nurse Faz is equally wonderful. She’s attentive, kind, and always creates a calm, welcoming atmosphere in the treatment room. Her gentle approach and genuine care make every visit smooth and stress-free. And a special shout-out to Anna at reception! She is always friendly, organized, and efficient. Whether it’s helping with appointments, answering questions, or greeting you with a smile, she sets the tone for a great experience from the moment you walk in. Together, they make an amazing team. I’m truly grateful for the excellent care and couldn’t ask for a better dental practice!

Had a hygienist appointment on Thursday 19/02/26 at 2:30 pm. The treatment started and half way through the cleansing process the hygienist’ phone which she had on during treatment started ringing. She didn’t hesitate and without warning me she pushed my chair down and stopped treatment to answer the phone. She didn’t tell me what was going on, I was confused by her lack of professionalism and by the fact that she was just communicating with the assistant in a foreign language. She stopped midtreatment and didn’t speak to me about it until her call was over. I was angry and bemused at such flagrant violation of professional conduct: 1- phones are full of bacteria and you are putting your hands in my mouth. 2-no respect for the patient that is not interested in your personal life but who is there in a patient capacity. 3- no communication, no warning. I was already nervous as I find dental treatment stressful. 4- Will not be booking hygienist treatment with this person again. 5- treatment left me with pain around my gums and jaw even now 3 days after. 5- lost my confidence on the concentration of staff who are allowed to have phones on them and attend to personal matters mid treatment.
