I’m really grateful to Dr. Neel Patel for seeing me urgently when I was in a lot of discomfort. Even though I didn’t end up needing treatment that day, he still took the time to check everything thoroughly, reassure me, and explain what was going on. He was calm, kind, and very professional, which made a stressful situation feel so much easier. The whole practice was welcoming, but Dr. Patel’s attitude and care really stood out. I’d definitely recommend him for anyone looking for a dentist who is understanding and genuinely puts patients at ease.

Really great. Of course no one likes going! Or that I know of. But I do have a better smile for doing so. I’m a nervous patient when it comes to dental work, but the dentist Dr Ali and the hygienist Devilina do their upmost to care and reassure me so that I do attend and take care of my teeth! Thank you so much. I’m not the best one to write a review as I’m the hardest patient due to anxiety over dentist, but I’m so pleased with my Iconic dental practice and the staff, the receptionist and the dental nurse who supports all are very professional

Had two appointments booked following a check up I attended and a hygiene appointment they booked me for both paid for and attended. Two follow up visits I had to cancel as I had cut my lip and advised them it was difficult to open my mouth, called up and cancelled both with 2/3 days notice, have now been told they won’t allow me to book any further appointments, also offered to pay for the missed visits which they wouldn’t allow either. Dentist changed ownership and did not send out any information about this, didn’t have the best experience with the new dentist however the hygienist was good.

Realising I had not seen my dentist in a while as I had no reminders, I contacted the surgery and booked. I was informed it has changed hands, and therefore reminders were not sent out. I felt this wasn't great. However, since coming back I can say that the service provided has been good, all round. From the receptionist to the dentist and the hygienist. Thorough explanations and happy with treatment received. Thank you

I was reluctant to have yet another tooth out but recognised that at 73 this is going to happen. The dentist was excellent and all in all it was a great experience. It didn’t hurt at all and both the dentist and help were so kind and friendly and made me feel relaxed. Thank you
