they took me in as an nhs patient. dentist was friendly and answered questions very well. initial treatment went well. after I had left I realised they had given me no documents or receipts, so when I had recurring symptoms a week later the receptionist initially tried to deny that I had come to this practice at all. both the dentist and receptionist forgot on two different ocassions that i was an NHS patient which is fair enough but why was this not on any files? so we discussed further and I found that there was no proper documentation other than the initial questionnaire and name etc she had me fill out at the start. I suspect I had a condition (cannot remember what she said at the visit exactly but when I sent an email asking to clarify that, it went ignored, with them opting to just book the review instead) that needed specific measurements, of which there were none so there was not even a baseline to compare any improvements to. symptoms initially improved after treatment but began to regress despite following dentist advice, so I called asking for it to be looked at under the NHS 2 month continuation of treatment rule, but they denied my claim saying these symptoms were normal and part of recovery, and that I had poor hygiene, and that I needed to wait 3 months to come back instead. convenient that thats just outside the nhs window. Its been a month and a bit since treatment and my symptoms have regressed further instead of improving like she insisted. after another back and forth with the receptionist they finally offered a "review", but at that point I suspect that was just to appease me because of how adamant they were that nothing was wrong and that I needed to pay again, and I doubt they were actually going to offer further treatment, could be wrong though. I imagine this practice is great for private practice, but I would not recommend it for NHS patients.

From scheduling the appointment to the actual treatment, everything was smooth and professional. The dentist was patient, knowledgeable, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. The office is clean and the staff is incredibly friendly. I’m very happy with the care I received and will be returning.

Excellent service from start to finish! The receptionist, Nina, was incredibly welcoming and helpful. Dr. Gill is truly outstanding—he genuinely cares about his patients and takes the time to understand their needs. I couldn’t ask for a better experience! Thank you Denchic.
