My appointment with Dr. Lilly Furniss was exceptional. She was kind, friendly, and very professional. She explained my treatment plan very clearly and talked me through every step of the appointment. My teeth look great and I cannot recommend this practice enough, especially Dr. Lilly.

I’ve always had an irrational fear of visiting the dentist perhaps due to childhood experiences. I put off going for a long time. When I finally went, Lily was so patient with me, I was diagnosed with periodontitis and she clearly explained the situation and the importance of treatment. I have very sensitive teeth and severe anxiety around dental work, and at one point I even had a panic attack during the appointment. Lily was incredibly patient, kind, and understanding. She stopped immediately, talked me through it calmly, and gave me time to recover before continuing. Her care and reassurance made a huge difference to how I feel about going to the dentist. I returned three months later and was told my condition had already improved. She explained the next steps clearly and made everything feel manageable. Lily has completely changed my view on dentistry she is by far the best dentist I’ve ever seen, and I will only be returning to her.

I'm very happy with the service at Dental Smiles. My dentist, Anne-Marie is very knowledgeable and I always trust her advice. She is the first dentist who has given me advice that keep cavities away, and my teeth and gums have never been in a better condition after I started going to her.
