First of all, Elizabeth is the sweetest receptionist I’ve ever met. Second of all, Dr Nigel is the best dentist experience I’ve ever had. As someone with anxiety, and in particular health anxiety, he really made the whole situation so much more comfortable - consistently being attentive to my needs throughout the treatment and ensuring he checked up on me; I felt so well looked after. He also explains everything in great detail, so that I could be aware of all the dental theory and understand what was being done - it felt like a lesson - which just shows how he truly cares about his patients. In addition, he is so friendly, funny and kind! I recommend this dentist so much. :)

I received Invisalign teeth straightening treatment at Smile Rooms Kingston and would highly recommend this dental practice. Dr Nigel provided an excellent dental service, adapting to my needs and producing fantastic results despite my teeth being a bit stubborn! All other staff, in particular Elizabeth, were so welcoming and friendly, and supported me throughout the treatment. I'm very happy with my straight teeth, thank you Smile Rooms :)

Highly recommend this practice. Friendly team with great customer service. A special thank you for Dr Usama and his nurse, Myla for my check up and hygiene. My teeth feels super clean again ☺️
