Always friendly and a calm atmosphere which is good for a nervous patient like me. Many visits over about 18 months as I needed a lot of work having not been to the dentist for quite a few years. Mostly well organised although a couple of admin blips. Hygienist, Sophie, is excellent.

I came to Jiva for a toothed extraction as this was the only place I could find that did sedation. I'm so glad I did, it was such a smooth experience and Dr Bob is extremely in-tune with his patients, particularly when it comes to dental phobia. I've been coming back to the clinic since then. Having a team that actually care about your dental wellbeing is very comforting. Prevention of serious dental problems seems to be their ethos, so it's good to have the 6 monthly checkups (even being chased to do the 1-ce a year checkup is great to a forgetful person like myself).
