I’ve just finished my treatment with Smartdontics and I honestly couldn’t be happier with my results. My teeth look incredible — even better than I ever expected! I had my braces fitted in June and needed a quick turnaround as I’m getting married in March, so timing was really important to me. Dr Darsh and his team have completely delivered — with just under two months to go, my smile is wedding-ready and I feel so confident. From start to finish, the whole team have been warm, professional and genuinely lovely. They always made me feel comfortable and reassured at every appointment. I’m so grateful and would highly recommend Smartdontics to anyone considering orthodontic treatment!

I had my treatment with Dr Darsh Patel 11 years ago. I had very severely crooked teeth and all orthodontists I had consulted with until then had told me I had to have four good teeth extracted. Dr Darsh is the only one who told me he could do it without extractions. We used lingual braces (on the inside of the teeth) which I wore for six months. I am extremely pleased with the result: 11 years on, my teeth are still beautifully straight and no additional treatment has been necessary ever since. I have two small upper and lower fixed retainers that require no maintenance. I wear light plastic retainers at night which help keep everything in place. I highly recommend Dr Darsh and his practice. They are not the cheapest but you get long lasting results from an extremely competent professional. Simply the best.

As a dentist, I’m very particular about where I take my own children for orthodontic treatment, and this is why I chose to travel across London for them to see Dr Darsh at SmartDontics. From the first consultation, everything was explained clearly and honestly, and the team’s professionalism really stood out. The whole process has been extremely smooth. The digital workflow and Remote Dental Monitoring made it so easy to keep on top of treatment, and it was reassuring knowing that an Orthodontist was reviewing progress between visits. My children felt comfortable and well looked after at every appointment. The attention to detail throughout has been excellent, and the results were exceptional. I’m genuinely pleased, both as a parent and as a fellow clinician and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend anyone considering orthodontic treatment to see Dr Darsh and his team.
