I had my first appointment after waiting a few months on a waiting list. I got a call and they had a booking for 9:10 very next day which I managed to work around for. I don’t know how but my alarm didn’t go off and I ran 20mins late to my appointment and was told they have a 10 minute policy and that they would no longer be able to see me at all. Only other way I can get an appointment is on a private basis and I can’t use there service. I completely get I shouldn’t have been late for my appointment but being 20mins late meaning I am completely denied any service is a bit harsh. As this was my first appointment it would have been nice to know this was the policy when I was originally booked in.

My 5 year old daughter had an appointment today for two extractions under gas and air sedation. From start to finish every member of staff was simply amazing! I literally cannot thank them enough. The dentist himself was brilliant they work wonderful with your kids to make them feel safe and secure. She is now recovering at home. Would highly recommend your kids to go here. She is going to draw them a picture and take it back today thank you.

Absolutely amazing place. My daughter had sedation air a filling and tooth extraction and from the minute we walked through the door we were made to feel at ease. My daughter giggled the whole way through, the dentists were so gentle and caring and made her feel safe and happy. Very grateful for a brilliant experience
