I have been going to Cassio Road Dental Practice for a while now. I am so grateful for their excellent customer service. The whole team have a friendly rappore, actively listen and are very efficient. They promptly referred me to other specialists and suggested interventions suited to my health needs. The facilities are accessible and of good quality. I highly recommend them. Thank you all.

I called to book a hygienist appointment and was initially told this would be fine. However, once it was noted that I haven’t had a check-up with the practice since 2018, I was informed I cannot see the hygienist without first booking a check-up. I find this very disappointing. The reason I did not return after 2018 was because I was advised here to have four teeth removed, which were later successfully saved by another dentist. Naturally, that experience affected my trust. What makes this more frustrating is that many other dental practices allow patients to book hygienist appointments without even being registered there. The lack of flexibility here feels unnecessary and money-driven rather than patient-focused. Very disappointing service.

Wouldn’t even give 1 stars if it was possible. My family and I were registered here for over 10 years and had two instances of terrible experiences. The first one was towards my daughter who had been going to Cassio since she was 4yrs old. Her front lower teeth were wonky and so we requested from her dentist (Dr Sangeetha Shah) to refer her to an orthodontist but at the time she said that we needed to wait until all of her teeth were fully grown. We continued asking for updates and she said she didn’t qualify for it. We never got any proof for why she didn’t qualify even after several back and forth conversations and emails. So I ended up taking her to an orthodontist myself and she was immediately offered it as the orthodontist said she qualified for braces. They were confused as to why the dentist didn’t refer her earlier as at this point she was 17. The second incident occurred to me and was a long process regarding a previous filling that came off my wisdom tooth. Dr Ghandi (my dentist at the time) said she was unable to fill it and I would need to extract it and referred me to an external dentist. After the removal i noticed that the adjacent tooth had been broken and the dentist said (Dr Ghandi) that it would need to be filled. She tried to convince me to go for an expensive filling but I went for a cheaper one, which ended up coming out within 2 weeks. There was no offer to refill it without charge and no accountability for what had happened; she blamed it on the cheaper filling rather than a poor job by themselves. After many emails to the practice manager, I managed to get my money back for the filling. Utterly disappointed with this practice and the way it has degraded over the years. They do not have any empathy for patients and only seem interested in grabbing you money. No professionalism at all and I will NEVER recommend this practice to anyone.
